The Department of Computer Science & Engineering, Malla Reddy Engineering College for Women Autonomous, successfully organized a 2-Day International Conference “International Conference on Technical Advancements in Computer Science and Engineering (ICTACSE)" consecutively for 9 years.

Continuing this legacy, the international conference ICTACSE 2026 is now scheduled to be conducted on February 6th & 7th, 2026.

Malla Reddy Engineering College for Women (MRECW) — An Autonomous Institution under UGC, Government of India — was established in 2008. The college is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated with JNT University, Hyderabad.

The college offers B.Tech programs in ECE, EEE, CSE, IT, CSE (AI & ML), CSE (DS), and CSE (CS), M.Tech programs in Embedded Systems and Computer Science Engineering, and an MBA program. The college has established various technical clubs — AI & ML, IoT & Robotics, Blockchain Technologies, Amazon Web Services, Java, and Python — to empower students with globally trending technologies.

To foster innovation, the institution has established the MRECW Technology Business Incubation (TBI) Centre and an Institution Innovation Council (IIC) under MHRD. In association with the Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence, Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad, and Brahma Kumaris, the college conducts Personality Development Programs to strengthen students’ character and values.

Students have established IEEE, CSI, IETE, and ISTE Student Chapters, along with technical associations in each department.
