Dr.Suvarchala Devi Parankusam, HOD, MBA Department holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, and M.Phil. From Alagappa University, MFM from Pondicherry University, MBA &B.com from Acharya Nagarjuna University. She has more than 14 years of teaching experience. Her main teaching and research expertise are in the areas of Human Resource management and Finance. She guided more than 300 MBA students in their projects.

She has over different publications like International Journal for Business Management and Social Sciences (IJBMSS), International Journal on Strategies of Business Excellence (IJSBE), International Journal of IT &Computer Science Perspectives, Shanlax International Journal of Management, Zenith International Journal, Management of Science Letter and other UGC journals. She presented papers in various national, international conferences, Seminars, Workshops and FDPs also..

She is responsible for establishing the facilities and nurturing the faculty and students to build Managerial Competencies. She strongly believes that Discipline, Decency and Dignity are the three instruments of knowledge. Her passion towards the profession and integrity towards the institution is boundless.
