Feedback and suggestions by faculty about addition/deletion of contents in the existing syllabus is collected by way of choosing Course Co-coordinators for each course, who are expected to discuss with all the faculty members handling the same course and identifying betterment options parallel aligned with Industry needs, AICTE & UGC guidelines and connecting with future courses. The suggestions and recommendations of modifications are represented by the Course Coordinator to Department Academic Committee. The Department Academic Committee, Department Advisory Committee along with Course Coordinator frame the new syllabus which is then proposed for approval to the Board of Studies(BoS) which includes Industry experts, University Academic experts concerned eminent subject experts and Alumni. The syllabus on approval by BoS with necessary changes if any, is put forward to Academic Council for Approval/Ratification.
